SHIPPING INFO

PO Boxes & Commercial Addresses

Frankie's cannot ship to post office boxes. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses where possible, so that our product is not left outside.

 

Outside the Continental United States

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or overseas require special handling.

 

Hot Weather Shipping

*If you live in UPS zones that take more than 2 days ground from RI (West of Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina & S Carolina and states south of Kentucky & South Carolina,) please select 2nd day air at checkout.
*We will not ship on Thursdays or Fridays, to avoid delivery holdovers on weekends.

*We will ship in styrofoam coolers with ice packs to ensure that our fruit & chocolate arrives as divine as we would expect.

*We will contact you if it’s just too hot to ship, (sometimes over 90 degree temps)
